Motion by the respondents to enlarge the time to serve and file briefs with respect to appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered August 1, 2013, and January 10, 2014, respectively.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief with respect to the appeal from the order entered August 1, 2013 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2013-10038), and a brief with respect to the appeal from the order entered January 10, 2014 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2014-01198), is enlarged until February 13, 2015, and the respondent's briefs must be served and filed on or before that date.
