| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to enlarge the record on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Putnam County, dated July 26, 2013, to include an order of the United States District Court of the Southern District of New York dated September 18, 2014, and to extend the time to comply with a decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 24, 2014.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to extend the time to comply with a decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 24, 2014, is granted, and on or before February 13, 2015, the appellant shall serve and file a replacement brief that does not refer to matter dehors the record; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the respondents' time to serve and file their respective briefs is enlarged until March 16, 2015, and the respondents' briefs must be served and filed on or before that date.
