Motion by Naomie McLean for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated December 23, 2014, and, inter alia, to stay enforcement of the order, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.

ORDERED that the motion is dismissed for failure to provide proof of service of the order to show cause in accordance with its terms.
