Motion by the respondent to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered May 23, 2012. Separate motion by the appellant pro se for leave to serve and file a supplemental brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the respondent's motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the appellant's motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the respondent's motion is granted, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until February 13, 2015, and the respondent's brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant's motion is denied.
