Application by the appellant pro se to recall and vacate a decision and order on motion of this Court, dated August 25, 2014, which granted his motion for leave to serve and file a supplemental brief on his appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered March 28, 2012, and, by permission, from an order of the same court dated August 2, 2013, and to deem the motion withdrawn.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, the decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 25, 2014, is recalled and vacated, and the appellant's motion for leave to serve and file a supplemental brief is deemed withdrawn.
