Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Laura Estela Cardona, Esq., dated December 28, 2014, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the affidavit of John A. Cirando, Esq., sworn to January 9, 2015, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
