Respondent-appellant having moved to withdraw the appeals taken herein from orders of the Family Court, Cayuga County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on June 24, 2014, and July 9, 2014, and for an order directing the release of monies held by the County of Cayuga to Samuel P. Now, upon reading and filing the affirmations of Christopher M. Palermo, Esq., dated November 28, 2014, and December 19, 2014, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is in all respects granted, and
It is further ORDERED that the appeals are dismissed, without costs, and
It is further ORDERED that the Cayuga County Treasurer release to Samuel P. Giacona, Esq., the funds held under Index No. 14-453 (Court Action Nos. 1154 and 1155).
