| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by Scalise Hamilton & Sheridan, LLP, for leave to withdraw as counsel for the respondent in a disciplinary proceeding authorized by decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 30, 2013. The respondent was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on July 15, 1992, and was suspended from the practice of law pursuit to 22 NYCRR 691.4(l)(1)(i) by the decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 30, 2013.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and on or before January 30, 2015, Scalise Hamilton & Sheridan LLP, shall serve its client by one of the methods specified in CPLR 2103(c), with a copy of this decision and order on motion and shall file proof of service with the Clerk of the Court; and it is further,
ORDERED that the no further proceedings shall be taken against the respondent without leave of the Court, until the expiration of 60 days after service upon him of a copy of this decision and order on motion.
