Application by the respondent pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief in response to the appellant's pro se supplemental brief on appeals from a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County, rendered July 17, 2012, and a resentence of the same court imposed September 25, 2012.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief in response to the appellant's pro se supplemental brief is enlarged until February 15, 2015, 2014, and the respondent's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
