Joint motion by the defendant-appellant and the nonparty-appellant, in effect, to recall and vacate so much of a decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 29, 2014, as dismissed appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered April 26, 2013, and for leave to reargue their motion to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals.
