Motion by the appellant-respondent for leave to reargue an appeal and cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated August 24, 2012, which were determined by decision and order of this Court dated September 24, 2014, or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision and order of this Court. Cross motion by the respondent for leave to renew and reargue the appeal and cross appeal, for an award of costs, and to impose a sanction upon the appellant-respondent.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the cross motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion and the cross motion are denied.
