ORDER ON APPLICATION

Application by the respondent-appellant pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief responding to the brief of the appellant-respondent and in reply to the brief of the plaintiff on an appeal and cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated July 16, 2014.

Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the application is granted, the respondent-appellant's time to serve and file a brief responding to the brief of the appellant-respondent and in reply to the brief of the plaintiff is enlarged until March 6, 2015, and the respondent-appellant's brief responding to the brief of the appellant-respondent and in reply to the brief of the plaintiff must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appellant-respondent's reply brief shall be served and filed in accordance with the rules of this Court (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][3]).
