| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated June 17, 2013, and a judgment of the same court entered August 12, 2013, to enlarge the record to include certain documents, to waive the requirements of 22 NYCRR 670.10.2(f) regarding certification of the respondent's appendix, and to waive the motion filing fee.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to waive the motion filing fee is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief is granted, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until March 12, 2015, and the respondent's brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to waive the requirements of 22 NYCRR 670.10.2(f) regarding certification of the respondent's appendix is denied with leave to renew when the respondent's appendix is filed; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
