Application by the appellants St. Francis Hospital and Health Centers and Hudson Valley Center at Saint Francis, LLC to withdraw their appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Dutchess County, dated November 29, 2012.
Upon the stipulation of the attorneys for the respective parties dated December 3, 2014, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted and the appeals by the appellants St. Francis Hospital and Health Centers and Hudson Valley Center at Saint Francis, LLC, are deemed withdrawn, without costs or disbursements.
