| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant-respondent on appeals from four orders of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated October 1, 2013 (two orders), December 3, 2013, and May 20, 2014, respectively, and an appeal and cross appeal from a judgment of the same court entered May 19, 2014, in effect, for relief pursuant to CPLR 2001 with respect to the posting of certain funds in escrow and to confirm that the stay granted by decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 12, 2014, remains in effect and, inter alia, to direct the respondent-appellant to pay 75% of the cost of the joint record and 50% of the cost of the transcripts.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is, in effect, for relief pursuant to CPLR 2001 with respect to the posting of certain funds in escrow and to confirm that the stay granted by decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 12, 2014, remains in effect, is granted: and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is, inter alia, to direct the respondent-appellant to pay 75% of the cost of the joint record and 50% of the cost of the transcripts, is granted to the extent that on or before February 9, 2015, the respondent-appellant shall pay her share of the cost of the joint record and her share of the cost of the transcripts, in accordance with 22 NYCRR 670.8(c)(1), and shall file proof of payment with the Clerk of the Court, and that branch of the motion is otherwise denied.
