Appeal by Wilbur James Davis, Jr., from an order of the Family Court, Dutchess County, dated June 16, 2014. Pursuant to Family Court Act §§ 1118 and 1120, and upon the certification of Kristen D. Farris, Esq., dated January 14, 2015, it is
