Appeals by the appellants Ruben G. And Leone T. from orders of the Family Court, Kings County, dated December 4, 2014, and December 12, 2014, respectively. Pursuant to Family Court Act §§ 1118 and 1120, and upon the certification of Philip J. Devereaux, Esq., dated January 13, 2015, it is

ORDERED that the respondent-respondent Leon T. is granted leave to proceed as a poor person on the appeals, and the following named attorney is assigned as counsel to respond to the appeals:

(2) the respondent-respondent Leon T. is not interested in responding to the appeal, or that she has been unable to contact the respondent-respondent Leon T., and wishes to be relieved of the assignment.
