DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the respondent to dismiss appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated January 2, 2014, and a judgment of the same court dated February 27, 2014, or to strike the record on the ground that the appellant failed to settle the trial transcript, and to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to dismiss the appeals or to strike the record is granted to the extent that on or before March 12, 2015, the appellants shall settle the trial transcript and serve and file a supplemental record containing an errata sheet for the trial transcript, if necessary, and any additional portions of the transcript or trial exhibits not contained in the record previously filed; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief is granted, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until April 13, 2015, and the respondent's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
