| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondents Apollo New York City Ambulette, Inc., and Richard Flowers on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated June 2, 2014, inter alia, to direct the appellant to serve and file a supplemental record containing an affirmation in opposition of Joshua R. Hecker dated March 27, 2014, and to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to direct the appellant to serve and file a supplemental record containing the affirmation in opposition of Joshua R. Hecker dated March 27, 2014, is granted, and on or before February 23, 2015, the appellants shall serve and file a supplemental record containing the subject affirmation; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief is granted, the time of the respondents Apollo New York City Ambulette, Inc., and Richard Flowers to serve and file a brief is enlarged until March 25, 2015, and the brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
