ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 8, 2014, in the above-entitled appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered March 4, 2014, is amended by deleting from the third paragraph thereof the date "January 6, 2015," and substituting therefor the date "January 30, 2015."
