DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the plaintiffs-respondents-appellants, inter alia, to correct the record on appeals and cross appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated April 22, 2013, and an order of the same court dated March 29, 2013, to include missing trial exhibits and to enlarge the time to serve and file the remaining briefs.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to correct the record is granted, and on or before February 23, 2015, the appellants-respondents shall serve and file a supplemental joint record containing the missing trial exhibits; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to serve and file the remaining briefs is granted, the plaintiffs-respondents-appellants shall serve and file their answering brief, including their points of argument on their cross appeal, on or before March 25, 2015 (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][3]), the appellants-respondents shall serve and file their reply brief on or before April 24, 2015, the defendant-respondent-appellant shall serve and file its reply brief on or before May 11, 2015, and the plaintiffs-respondents-appellants shall serve and file their reply brief on or before May 26, 2015; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
