DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellants, inter alia, pursuant to CPLR 5501(c) to deem the notice of appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated May 21, 2014, also to be a notice of appeal from a judgment of the same court dated July 23, 2014. Application by the appellants pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the application, and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is pursuant to CPLR 5501(c) to deem the notice of appeal from the order also to be a notice of appeal from the judgment is granted, and the notice of appeal from the order is deemed also to be a notice of appeal from the judgment (see CPLR 5501[c]); and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied as academic; and it is further,

ORDERED that the application is granted, the appellants' time to perfect the appeals is enlarged until March 25, 2015, and the record or appendix on the appeals and the appellants' brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
