Motion by the third-party defendant-appellant to stay the trial in the above-entitled action pending hearing and determination of appeals from three orders of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated November 18, 2013, March 21, 2014, and October 3, 2014, respectively, for a preference in the calendaring of the appeals, and to consolidate the appeals from the orders dated November 18, 2013, and March 21, 2014, with the appeals from the order October 3, 2014.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeals will be calendared together and will be argued or submitted on the same date.
