Appeal by Alanyce S. A. and Omi J. A. from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (IDV part), dated May 28, 2014. Pursuant to Family Court Act §§ 1118 and 1120, and upon the certification of Melissa Petrozza, Esq., dated January 14, 2015, it is

ORDERED that the respondent-respondent Omi Alvarez is granted leave to proceed as a poor person on the appeal, and the following named attorney is assigned as counsel to respond to the appeal:

(1) the respondent-respondent Omi Alvarez is interested in responding to the appeal, or

(2) the respondent-respondent Omi Alvarez is not interested in responding to the appeal, or that she has been unable to contact the respondent-respondent Omi Alvarez, and wishes to be relieved of the assignment.
