Motion by TDD Irrevocable Trust on appeals from three orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered June 26, 2014, November 26, 2014, and December 2, 2014, respectively, inter alia, to stay enforcement of so much of the order entered November 26, 2014, as disqualifies Timothy DiResta from acting as counsel for it.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to stay enforcement of so much of the order entered December 2, 2014, as disqualifies Timothy DiResta from acting as counsel for it is granted to the extent that Timothy DiResta may represent TDD Irrevocable Trust on the appeals from the orders entered June 26, 2014, November 26, 2014, and December 2, 2014; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
