The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v Yaser Othman, Appellant.

Motion by respondent on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the Criminal Court of the City of New York, Queens County, rendered November 21, 2013, for an enlargement of time to serve and file a respondent's brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that respondent's motion is granted and the respondent's brief shall be served and filed within 21 days of this decision and order on motion; and it is further,

ORDERED that appellant, if he be so advised, may serve and file a reply brief within 14 days of the date that the respondent's brief is due to be filed pursuant to this decision and order on motion.
