On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the stay granted by decision and order on motion of this court dated June 23, 2014 and continued by decision and order on motion of this court dated October 8, 2014, on an appeal from an order of the Justice Court of the Village of Maybrook, Orange County, entered April 8, 2014, is continued on condition that appellants perfect the appeal by March 6, 2015; and it is further,
ORDERED that in the event that the above condition is not met, the court, on its own motion, may vacate the stay, or respondents may move to vacate the stay on three days' notice.
The village justice has notified this court that he was unavailable to settle the minutes until January 20, 2015.
