Motion by Blowback Productions, Inc., and Marc Levin for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated December 16, 2014, and to stay enforcement of a temporary restraining order contained in that order, as well as all proceedings in the above-entitled action, pending hearing and determination of that appeal as well as an appeal from an order of the same court dated October 17, 2014.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
