| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent for poor person relief and the assignment of counsel on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Orange County, dated March 13, 2014.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied with leave to renew on or before February 24, 2015, upon proper papers, including the respondent's affidavit setting forth the respondent's full financial situation including all assets, both real and personal, as well as any and all sources of income and expenses; and it is further,
ORDERED that pursuant to § 670.4(a)(2) of the rules of this Court (see 22 NYCRR 670.4[a][2]), the respondent's time to serve and file a brief on the appeal is enlarged until March 5, 2015, and the respondent's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
