Separate motions by A-Tech Concrete Company, Inc., to stay the trials in each of the above-entitled actions, pending hearing and determination of appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, both dated January 12, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions, no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation to the motion under Appellate Division Docket No. 2015-00346, and the papers filed in opposition to the motion under Appellate Division Docket No. 2015-00349, it is
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeals will be calendared together and will be argued or submitted on the same date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motions are granted, and the trials in the above-entitled actions are stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeals on condition that the appeals are perfected on or before March 5, 2015; and it is further,
ORDERED that in the event the appeals are not perfected on or before March 5, 2015, the Court, on its own motion, may vacate the stay, without further notice, or the respondents or the plaintiffs may move to vacate the stay, on three days notice.
