Renwed motion by the appellant to stay the foreclosure sale of the subject premises, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated April 14, 2014.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the foreclosure sale of the subject premises is stayed, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
