| ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE |
Motion by the appellant pro se for leave to prosecute appeals from two orders of the County Court, Nassau County, both dated September 30, 2013, as a poor person.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the parties are directed to show cause why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the above entitled appeals on the ground that (1) the order on the appeal pending uder Appellate Didivision Docket No. 2013-10007 is not appealable by right or by permission (see CPL 450.10; 450.15), and (2) the appellant is not aggrieved by the order on the appeal pending under Appellate Division Docket No. 2013-10008, by filing an affidavit or an affirmation on that issue with the Clerk of this Court on or before February 27, 2015, and by serving one copy of the same on each other; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion for poor person relief and the assignment of counsel is held in abeyance in the interim; and it is further,
ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court, or her designee, shall serve a copy of this order to show cause on the parties by regular mail.
