| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered May 26, 2010, in effect, to supplement the record with an additional transcript of proceedings which occurred on May 4, 2010.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the respondent shall file the subject transcript with the Clerk of this Court on or before February 13, 2015, and serve a copy on the appellant; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appellant, if he be so advised, may serve and file a supplemental brief on or before February 20, 2015, raising any additional issues in connection with the transcript of the proceedings on May 4, 2010, and the respondent, if it be so advised, may file a response to the appellant's supplemental brief on or before February 27, 2015.
