Motion by New York City Housing Authority South Jamaica Houses for leave to appeal to this Court from a decision and order on motion of the Appellate Term, Second, Eleventh, and Thirteenth Judicial Districts, dated September 10, 2014, which dismissed an appeal and cross appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, entered June 24, 2013.
