Application by the respondent pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Westchester County, rendered February 24, 2012, and an appeal, by permission, from an order of the same court, dated March 26, 2014.
