| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated November 12, 2014, in effect, to amend so much of a decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 8, 2014, as conditioned a stay of the trial on the issue of damages in the above-entitled action, upon the perfection of the appeal on or before January 7, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion dated December 8, 2014, is amended by deleting from the decretal paragraphs thereof the date "January 7, 2015," and substituting therefor the date "March 12, 2015."
