DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellants on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated July 11, 2012, inter alia, to enlarge the time to serve and file a reply brief until 20 days after the respondent Scenic Development, LLC., serves and files its brief in an appeal entitled Matter of Shapiro v Planning Board of Town of Ramapo (Appellate Divsion Docket No. 2012-08384), and, in effect, to calendar this appeal on the same day as appeals pending under Appellate Division Docket Nos. 2012-08384, 2012-08614, 2012-11030, 2012-10582, 2012-10588, 2013-06057, 2013-06058, and 2013-06059.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to serve and file a reply brief until 20 days after the respondent Scenic Development, LLC., serves and files its brief in an appeal entitled Matter of Shapiro v Planning Board of Town of Ramapo (Appellate Divsion Docket No. 2012-08384), is granted to the extent that the appellants' time to serve and file the reply brief is enlarged until April 1, 2015, the reply brief must be served and filed on or before that date, and that branch of the motion is otherwise denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to calendar the appeals together is denied as unnecessary in light of the decision and order on motion of this Court in Matter of Shapiro v Town of Ramapo (Appellate Division Docket No. 2012-08347), dated June 24, 2013; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
