Motion by the appellant on appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered December 22, 2010, and a resentence of the same court imposed January 13, 2011, inter alia, for leave to prosecute the appeals as a poor person.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied, with leave to renew on or before April 17, 2015, upon proper papers, including the appellant's affidavit setting forth the amount and source of counsel fees paid to retained counsel.
