Motion by the appellant, in effect, for leave to serve and file a supplemental record on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated July 12, 2013, containing copies of (1) the 2012 Federal income tax return from Mirage Limousine Service, Inc., (2) the appellant's earnings statements for Mirage Limousine Service, Inc., dated February 8, 2013, February 15, 2013, February 22, 2013, and March 1, 2013, and (3) the appellant's 2012 Federal income tax return.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the appellant shall serve and file the supplemental record on or before March 4, 2015.
