DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by appellant on an appeal from an order of the Justice Court of the Village of Sag Harbor, Suffolk County, dated May 17, 2013, for leave to reargue appellant's prior motion to restore the appeal to the appeals calendar and general calendar, which prior motion was determined by decision and order on motion of this court dated November 13, 2014, or, in the alternative, for an enlargement of time to perfect the appeal. The appeal was stricken from the appeals calendar and general calendar by decision and order on motion of this court dated September 25, 2014.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion seeking leave to reargue is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion seeking an enlargement of time to perfect the appeal is granted and the time to perfect is enlarged to April 3, 2015.
