Appeals from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered May 15, 2013, and from two orders of the same court both entered July 2, 2013.
On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeals are dismissed, as the right of direct appeal from the intermediate orders terminated with the entry of a final judgment on July 25, 2013 (see Matter of Aho, 39 NY2d 241, 248 [1976]). The issues raised on the appeals from the orders may be brought up for review and considered on the appeal from the final judgment (see CPLR 5501 [a] [1]).
