| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the plaintiffs/counterclaim defendants-appellants-respondents for leave to serve and file a supplemental brief on an appeal and cross appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated September 1, 2011, which was determined by decision and order of this Court dated March 14, 2013. The Court of Appeals reversed the decision and order of this Court by order dated November 25, 2014, and remitted the matter to this Court for consideration of issues raised but not determined on the appeal to this Court.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
