On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 8, 2015, on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered November 30, 2013, is amended (1) by deleting from the first decretal paragraph thereof the date "January 22, 2015," and substituting therefor the date "February 6, 2015," and (2) by deleting from the third decretal paragraph thereof the date "March 10, 2015,' and substituting therefor the date "March 25, 2015."
