ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE

Appeal by Donald F. Bopp from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated July 2, 2014.

On the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the parties are directed to show cause why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the above-entitled appeal on the ground that the order dated July 2, 2014, is not appealable either as of right or by permission (see CPLR 5701; CPLR article 78), by filing an affidavit or affirmation on that issue with the Clerk of this Court on or before March 6, 2015, and by serving one copy of the same on each other; and it is further,

ORDERED that the Clerk of this Court, or her designee, shall serve a copy of this order to show cause upon the parties by regular mail.
