| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellants, in effect, to stay enforcement of an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered December 19, 2014, pending hearing and determination of an appeal therefrom, in effect, for summary reversal, and, pursuant to CPLR 2106 to direct the deposit of escrowed funds in the sum of $30,000 into court.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is pursuant to CPLR 2106 to direct the deposit of escrowed funds in the sum of $30,000 into court is denied without prejudice to moving in the Supreme Court, Westchester County, for that relief; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
