Motion by the appellant on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated September 8, 2013, and September 11, 2014, respectively, and an appeal and cross appeal a judgment of the same court entered December 23, 2013, inter alia, for leave to withdraw the appeals from the order dated September 8, 2013, and the judgment, or, in the alternative, to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals from the order dated September 8, 2013, and the judgment.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to withdraw the appeals from the order dated September 8, 2013, and the judgment is granted, and those appeals are marked withdrawn; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied as academic.
