Motion by the respondent, inter alia, in effect, to vacate an order on application of this Court dated December 29, 2014, which granted the appellant's application pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to perfect an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated April 10, 2014.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
