Separate motions by the respondent-respondent Barbara Fodor and the respondents-respondents Evan Haymes and Starr Haymes-Kempin for leave to withdraw their respective briefs on an appeal and cross appeal from an order of the Surrogate Court, Suffolk County, dated June 28, 2013.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions are granted, and the brief of the respondent-respondent Barbara Fodor and the brief of the respondents-respondents Evan Haymes and Starr Haymes-Kempin are deemed withdrawn.
