Renewed motion by the appellant pro se, in effect, to recall and vacate a decision and order on motion of this Court dated April 1, 2014, which dismissed an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated November 2, 2012, for failure to timely perfect, and for poor person relief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appellant shall make no further motions concerning the order dated November 2, 2012, without prior leave from this Court.
