Motion by the respondent on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered September 26, 2014, to vacate a stay of enforcement so much of the order, obtained pursuant to CPLR 5519(a)(2), as directed the appellant to pay counsel fees in the sum of $40,000 to the respondent.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
